Home Remedies For Depression
Ashwagandha: This magical herb is easily available in the market, just take 2 tbsp of ashwagandha powder and mix it in a lukewarm water ad mix well. Drink this twice a day for at least 10 to 15 days.
Cardamon Seeds:First of all crush 4 to 5 cardamom seeds to a powder in a pestle. Now take 1/2 tsp of this powder and add it to the glass of water. Mix well with the spoon and immediately sieve the mixture and drink. Continue this from some days, at least for 15 days and see the difference.
Cashew nuts and milk: Crush some cashew nuts to a powder in a pestle, please see that it should be a fine powder. Now out of this, take 1 tsp of cashew nut powder and mix in a hot milk. Drink this daily for an at least 15 to 20 days.
Indian gooseberry and nutmeg powder: For this, first of all, remove the seed of Indian gooseberry and make a paste. Press this paste on a sieve and extract the juice. Now add ½ tsp of nutmeg powder and mix well. Drink this mixture in the morning and in the night, twice a day.
