Knee Pain is a common problem found in old age but nowadays even the young generation is facing this problem. Actually, knee pain can occur to anyone, especially sportsmen’s are majorly affected by this. Knee pain starts from any of the bony structures compromising the knee joint. The knee joint is covered by articular cartilage, which absorbs shock and provides a smooth joint movement.
Knee pain can be caused by a, over exercise like running or jogging, sudden injury, an overuse injury, or by an underlying condition, such as arthritis. In this case, a person cannot walk and starts limping, can’t walk step up or down, Sometimes there is even redness and swelling.
Knee pain and injuries mostly occur during sports activities or recreational activities.

Home Remedies for Knee Pain
Coconut Oil: First of take 1/2 cup of coconut oil and heat it in a small steel vessel, till it turns lukewarm. gently massage this oil on the affected part. Massaging with coconut oil improves the blood circulation in the region and provides relief from the pain.
Milk and turmeric: Drinking a glass of hot milk with adding 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (Haldi) daily will give you a relief of any bone pain.
Fenugreek seeds: Taka 1 cup of fenugreek seeds and roast it, after this crush the seeds to a powder and store in a container. Now take a small cup, add 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds powder and add some water in it to make a thick paste. Apply this paste on the affected area, twice a day.
