Malai Kulfi is an Indian desert which is eaten after dinner. Malai Kulfi recipe is one of the easiest Indian desserts you can make at home. 2.5liters Whole Milk (Full Cream)
2 tbsps Corn Flour and some tutti fruity
Some Kulfi Moulds
150gms. Vermicelli (From Market)
1cup Rose syrup (From Market)
1 tsp of Rose water
Dissolve the Corn Flour in 1.5 cups of Milk to form a smooth Mix.
Heat all the Milk on low flame, keep stirring occasionally till reduced to half or slightly less than half. Now add the Sugar and allow to dissolve totally. Add the Corn Flour and Milk, Mix and stir continuously until thick and smooth. Remove from flame. Cool it to room Temperature. Pour into wet Kulfi Moulds and set till frozen in the Freezer for 6-8 hours. FALOODA
Cook the Vermicelli in a little Water till smoothly cooked and separate threads can be seen. Add the Rose syrup and chill till ready to serve. TO SERVE
Unmould the Frozen Kulfi. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife. Top with prepared Falooda, add tutti fruity and sprinkle some rose water on to it and serve immediately. One can also add crushed ice into it.
